About The Position

The position involves providing patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The nurse will communicate with the care team regarding any changes in patients' clinical conditions and respond quickly and accurately to such changes. General nursing duties will be performed across departments under supervision, and complete and accurate documentation of care in the patient’s Electronic Medical Record is required. Note that various departments may have additional qualifications, certifications, and responsibilities associated with their specific area, which can be obtained through the HR representative.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Evidence of continuing education appropriate for skill level and area of practice.
• Current RN license in the State of Oregon.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certification required.
• Ability to provide care for the patient's age-specific, cultural, physical, and psychosocial well-being.

Nice To Haves

• BSN
• Previous Clinical Experience.
• Certifications specific to areas of clinical specialty may be preferred.
