About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) position in the ICU at Inland Valley Medical Center is a full-time role focused on providing high-quality patient care in a critical care environment. The RN will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care, including assessments, treatments, and management of patients' needs throughout their care continuum. Requirements

• Valid RN License in California.
• Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• BLS (AHA) Certification.
• ACLS (AHA) Certification.
• NIH Stroke Certification to be completed by end of the week of NEO.
• One (1) year ICU experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Nice To Haves

• CCRN Certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellence in patient care based on patient and/or family needs.
• Conduct assessments, treatments, and care on assigned units.
• Manage pain, invasive lines, and surgical drains for patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Practice in accordance with all regulatory, professional, legal, and hospital policies.
