HRI Hospital is hiring for the following Nursing Supervisor positions: Full Time, Day Shift (7am - 3pm), Monday - Friday schedule Full Time, Evening Shift (3pm - 11pm), Monday - Friday schedule HRI Hospital is 66-bed psychiatric facility with adult inpatient services and several partial hospitalization programs. Requirements

Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) License
Minimum 2-3 years of RN experience
Previous RN management, supervisory, or leadership experience

Responsibilities

Provide nursing leadership in managing the operations of the hospital
Collaborate with nursing management to provide clinical leadership as well as cohesive and consistent nursing plans for 24/7 operations
Manage staff and hospital census to ensure clinically sound care
Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment
Provide milieu management
