How You’ll Make an Impact: As a House Supervisor, you’ll be a trusted partner in our patients’ recovery journeys. You will: Assist the administration staff in overseeing and assisting all staff in all functions to ensure the provision of quality general and psychiatric care to patients suffering from substance abuse or psychiatric disorders. Oversee the day-to-day activities of staff in all CCD and nursing area and assists the department managers with scheduling, education and discipline of staff when needed. Involved in direct patient care, education and training, and participation in departmental and hospitals meetings as assigned. Review documentation and works with staff to ensure that documentation is timely, accurate and complete. The House Supervisor may also serve as a working RN and routinely executes nursing care duties to ensure quality patient care and proper execution and documentation of the treatment plan. Current state licensure as Registered Nurse. Additional requirements include: CPR and De-escalation certification required or obtain within 30 days of hire. Minimum six months’ Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred. Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.
  • Current state licensure as Registered Nurse.
  • CPR and De-escalation certification required or obtain within 30 days of hire.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
