Requirements
- Applicants should have a current state RN license.
- Basic Life Support certification is required within 14 days of hire. BLS certification; ACLS certification.
- This position requires 4-6 years recent hospital experience in which an advanced level of leadership, interpersonal and problem solving skills has been demonstrated.

Responsibilities
- The Administrative Supervisor is primarily responsible for representing Administration on their assigned shifts, communicating administrative concerns and implementing hospital policy.
- They may assist Nurse Manager or Charge Nurse with staffing and the allocation of staff to meet workload demands; coordinates placement of float staff; collaborates with Directors and Nurse Managers/Unit Manager on operational issues and serves as a resource to internal and external customers.
- Functions as a mediator between internal departments to facilitate patient care by resolving issues/problems.
