How you’ll contribute A Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor who excels in this role will: Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient Performs timely and accurate QI assessments What we’re looking for is an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with proven leadership in coordinating hospital operations, ensuring high‑quality patient care, and supporting clinical teams as a dedicated House Supervisor.

Requirements

• Applicants should have a current state RN license
• possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school
• Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire
• ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire
• One year of experience preferred

Nice To Haves

• ASLS certification preferred

Responsibilities
