Opportunities available to shadow a nurse Weekend Track Hospice RN Capital Region The Community Hospice has a wonderful opportunity for a Weekend Track RN to work as part of our Hospice Team caring for patients and families residing in the Capital Region. Requirements

Valid NYS RN license
Associate’s degree in nursing
1 year RN experience required- preferably in home care or acute care
Flexibility to travel across county borders as needed.
Ability to navigate through several EMR platforms
Good communication skills.
Valid driver license in good standing and reliable vehicle

Nice To Haves

Previous hospice experience preferred but NOT required.

Responsibilities

Visit patients in homes, assisted living, nursing facilities, and inpatient settings.
Deliver symptom management and emotional support to patients and families.
Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
