Requirements

Active Arizona RN license (required)
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (hospice, palliative, or acute care required)
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
CPR certification
valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation
Current auto insurance
Strong assessment skills, clinical judgment, and adaptability
A compassionate, steady presence in urgent situations

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to urgent patient needs during business hours
Perform skilled nursing assessments and interventions in patient homes or facilities
Manage acute symptom changes and implement physician-directed care plans
Provide clear communication, education, and emotional support to patients and families
Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure continuity of care
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
