Requirements

• RN License in state of Wisconsin
• Current, valid driver's license
• 1 year of home hospice experience preferred

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing Home, or Home Health

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in hospice settings.
• Meet the spiritual and emotional needs of patients and their families.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient care and progress accurately.
