AdvisaCare is growing rapidly, and is looking for a visionary hospice leader to grow with them. As the RN Hospice Director, this role will play a critical leadership role in shaping the future of the Hospice Division. Requirements

  • A passionate advocate for hospice and end-of-life care
  • A decisive, collaborative leader who inspires trust and builds consensus
  • Strategic, organized, and financially and operationally astute
  • Comfortable navigating complexity and change while maintaining perspective
  • A builder—someone who initiates, innovates, and elevates teams and systems
  • Diplomatic, persuasive, and skilled at leading professional teams
  • Mature, grounded, and able to balance urgency with empathy
  • Active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum of 2 years of hospice experience
  • Previous experience overseeing or managing multiple offices
  • Strong communication, leadership, and employee development skills
  • Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a growing organization

  • Provide clinical, operational, and strategic leadership for the Hospice Division
  • Lead and support multiple offices and interdisciplinary teams
  • Drive growth while maintaining the highest standards of patient-centered, end-of-life care
  • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and compassion
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence across hospice operations
  • Develop and mentor leadership staff to support long-term organizational success
  • Partner with executive leadership to advance AdvisaCare’s mission and vision
