Registered Nurse, RN - Home Visits
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to join the team and work with adult and senior clients on a per visit basis. As a home health nurse, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home. Please note: current or recent Medicare Home Health and OASIS documentation experience is required for this position. Requirements
- A current active Colorado RN nursing license in good standing
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- current or recent Medicare Home Health and OASIS documentation experience is required for this position
