Responsibilities
- Provide in-home care for patients, ensuring kind and respectful treatment.
- Tailor care to meet individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including RNs, providers, and support staff.
- Conduct health assessments and make independent judgments regarding patient care.
Requirements
- An active Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan.
- Acute care, home care, or hospice experience preferred.
- Proven health assessment, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet Home Health and Medicare standards through background checks.
- Possess a current Michigan motor vehicle license and an insured vehicle.
- Physically able to lift 35 pounds.
