About The Position
Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) – Santa Maria Area Central Coast Home Health- $5,000 sign on bonus for full time field clinicians Central Coast Home Health is a fast-growing, locally owned organization with an outstanding reputation throughout San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties . We are expanding our team and seeking a Full-Time Home Health RN to serve patients in the Santa Maria area . Our nurses provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in their homes—collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to meet each patient’s needs, foster meaningful relationships, and ensure continuity of care. This rewarding role offers independence, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives. Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Option to work 4 or 5 days per week Rotating weekend schedule No Night Call!
Requirements
- Current California RN license
- Minimum 1 year of professional nursing experience
- CPR certification (Healthcare Provider)
- Reliable vehicle for work-related travel
- Valid driver’s license , clean driving record, and current auto insurance
Nice To Haves
- Home Health experience preferred but not required
