About The Position

NurseCore is hiring Home Health Registered Nurses for private duty and per diem cases. Assignments offer 8 to 12 hour shifts, including mornings and overnights, based on patient needs and scheduling availability. We’re looking for nurses who can offer a minimum of 16 to 24 hours per week. Our caseload includes both pediatric and adult patients.

Requirements

• Active RN license in Nevada
• Minimum of one year post-grad clinical experience
• Proven experience in G-tube care
• Current hands-on CPR certification
• Negative TB test within the past year.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ventilators and/or tracheostomies is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate in-home care for patients with chronic health needs.
• Support patients with G-tubes and, based on your comfort level, tracheostomies and/or ventilator care.
• Carry out additional nursing responsibilities tailored to each patient’s plan of care.
