Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health – Full Time Morrow, Georgia and surrounding area Per visit rates: $50 - $140 Clinical home health / OASIS experience preferred Offering flexible scheduling, competitive pay and comprehensive benefits package including benefit eligibility upon start date Bridgeway Home Health provides quality home health care to thousands of individuals in state of Georgia. We are currently growing in Morrow, Georgia and surrounding area and looking to add a full-time Registered Nurse to join our clinical, home health field team. Overview The Registered Nurse is responsible for conducting one-on-one patient care and patient / family teaching in the home setting. The RN will perform patient assessments and collaborate with the care team to develop and implement a Plan of Care. Additional responsibilities include regular communications with our clinical management team and timely and accurate documentation.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse educational program
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license within the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent verbal, written, organizational, collaboration, multi-tasking and time-management skills
- Strong initiative, follow through, process orientation, attention-to-detail
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
Nice To Haves
- Clinical home health / OASIS experience preferred
