This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager via physician orders. This position supervises and coordinates the care provided by LPN’s and CNA’s assigned to the RN-CM’s patients. Provides feedback to Director of Clinical Services regarding performance of supervised LPN’s and CNA’s.
