Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (RN) with at least three (3) years of nursing experience
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of California
- Current BLS certification
- Knowledge of safety, infection control, and patient privacy regulations
- Able to pass state background check
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive in-home assessments of clients
- Develop and oversee personalized care plans
- Monitor and evaluate client outcomes and adjust plans as needed
- Provide skills training to care staff, as necessary
- Offer direct care and administer medications when required
- Maintain detailed documentation and coordinate referrals, when appropriate
