The Home Health Nurse has the responsibility, accountability, and authority for providing coordinated, comprehensive nursing care to patients in the home setting. Position: Registered Nurse RN - Home Care Shift: Day Shift (8:30 am to 5:00 pm) Per Diem Requirements: 48 hour monthly commitment, includes 1 weekend per month

Requirements

• Two Years recent med-surg experience in an acute or long-term care setting, rehabilitation, home care, or hospice setting preferred.
• RN Diploma, ASN required.
• Current license to practice nursing in PA.
• Valid Driver's license and automobile insurance.
• This position requires you to wear a respirator as part of the job requirement.

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Certification in specialty area of nursing preferred.
