About The Position
POSITION SUMMARY: Promotes and exemplifies the mission and values of The Sisters of the Third Order of St. Francis and supports the goals of OSF HealthCare System; utilizes the nursing process and the standards of nursing care in the delivery of patient care; manages assigned personnel and promotes collaboration among the allied services; completes other duties under the direction of the department supervisor.
Requirements
- Must be licensed as a REGISTERED NURSE in the State of Illinois.
- Current American Heart Association HealthCare Provider BLS, CPR or approved equivalent (must include infant through adult, one and two-man rescuer, use of AED, and choking with hands-on CPR skills, return demonstration and must be by HR) completed prior to employment.
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- BSN or must sign an agreement to be enrolled in a BSN program 18 months after hire date and obtain BSN within 6 years of hire date
- 2 years OR RN experience.
