About The Position
Outpatient Gastroenterology Clinic Little Rock, AR Full-Time Including Saturdays | $36 – $42/hr Based on Experience Pinnacle Gastroenterology is hiring an experienced GI nurse to join our clinical team in Little Rock. You'll work across our endoscopy and GI surgery center, providing pre-op and post-op patient care in a fast-paced ambulatory setting. Requirements
- Active Arkansas RN license (or compact state license valid in Arkansas)
- GI nursing experience required - endoscopy and/or GI surgery center
- Pre-op and post-op experience in an ambulatory surgery center (ASC) setting required
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Comfortable working independently within established outpatient clinic workflows
- Strong clinical judgment, calm under pressure, and a team-first attitude
Responsibilities
- Provide pre-operative assessments, IV placement, and patient preparation for GI procedures
- Monitor patients during recovery and manage post-operative care and discharge
- Assist physicians during endoscopy and GI surgical procedures as needed
- Document patient care accurately in the EMR and communicate with the care team throughout each case
- Help maintain an efficient procedure schedule by monitoring patient readiness, coordinating room turnover, and supporting smooth workflow between the clinic and endoscopy suite
