Requirements

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (eligible for VA RN licensure exam).
No experience required new graduates are welcome to apply!
Current Virginia RN License (or eligible for licensure).
CPR certification required ; ACLS, PALS, and NRP as needed.
Computer proficiency in EPIC or other EMR systems.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough age-specific admission and ongoing patient assessments to guide care planning.
Collaborate with healthcare team members, patients, and families to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
Revise and evaluate care plans based on patient progress and changes in condition.
Administer and document medications and treatments accurately using EPIC (Electronic Medical Records).
Use critical thinking and delegation to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.
Promote a team-oriented, supportive, and safe environment.
