About The Position

Join our dynamic and fast-paced 36-bed General Surgery/Trauma Step-Down Unit, where we care for patients recovering from complex surgical procedures and traumatic injuries. Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
• Current valid Georgia nursing license or eNLC nursing license
• BLS certification
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Monitor and assess patients’ conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families on post-operative care and recovery.
• Participate in unit-based initiatives and quality improvement efforts.
