About The Position
Whitewater Health Services is a leading provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation in your community, part of the North Shore Healthcare family, which is the largest post-acute provider in the Upper Midwest with 70 skilled nursing and assisted living centers across Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, and North Dakota. We are currently accepting applications for a Registered Nurse (RN) position. The RN will work under the supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, assuming responsibility and accountability for a group of residents/patients during their shift. Nursing care will be provided through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the care plan, adhering to the standards of care, managing the environment for resident/patient safety, and supervising nursing assistants and helpers. The RN will follow all North Shore's policies and procedures and perform duties as defined by the State Nurse Practice Act, as well as applicable JCAHO standards.
