About The Position

As a Med/Surg Nurse at Riddle Hospital, you will be part of an Interdisciplinary Team working within a 22-bed unit, providing integral care and treatment to med/surg patients. This role allows you to make a significant impact on patient experiences while developing your nursing career through various opportunities for advancement and certification.

Requirements

• 1 year of acute care RN experience preferred.
• RN Diploma or ASN required.
• PA RN license or a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred.
• Provider BLS certification (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and treatment to med/surg patient population.
• Engage in hospital and system-wide Nursing Committees and Unit Councils.
• Participate in evidence-based research projects.
• Precept new staff and pursue the Clinical Ladder program.
