About The Position
Symphony Northwoods is seeking dedicated nursing professionals to join our team. We are committed to providing concentrated and quality-driven care, and we welcome individuals who are motivated to set and exceed standards in practice. Our nursing staff are role models of dedication, treating every patient with the utmost respect and kindness. The position involves receiving new admissions on the day shift, supporting nurses in completing admission assessments and documentation, and creating a teamwork atmosphere for the day shift nurses and CNAs. Nurses will direct the day-to-day activities of the nursing assistants, complete required record keeping upon resident admission, discharge, and transfer, and prepare and administer medications as ordered by physicians. Daily rounds of the unit will be necessary, prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
