Job Description: Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool - 36 hrs/week, NIGHTS, every 4th weekend required. Rotating holiday schedule. Excellent float pool differential As an RN in the Float Pool at Beverly Hospital, you will float to areas where extra coverage is needed to care for med/surg inpatients. As a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Inpatient Team, you will be responsible for the following: Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) required
  • ACLS preferred
  • Candidates must have 2-3 years of acute Med/Surg experience or at least 1+ years of critical care experience
