About The Position
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled and adaptable Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Float Pool team. This role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple units while demonstrating strong clinical judgment and flexibility in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Requirements
- Diploma in Nursing required (BSN preferred)
- Active Ohio RN License or Compact License
- BLS (American Heart Association) required
- Experience in acute care settings preferred
- Ability to float across multiple units
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Flexibility to adapt to different patient care environments
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments (physical, psychosocial, and educational)
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care and interventions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Provide patient and family education
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
- Participate in discharge planning and care coordination
- Respond effectively to emergency situations
- Ensure infection control and patient safety standards
