The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for participating in patient assessments and providing care, education, and instruction to patients through symptom-based telephone and in-person triage. The RN ensures patients are educated and properly scheduled for care, follows protocols for patient treatment, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to meet health service objectives. This position requires adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and all licensing and accreditation standards, while representing the organization’s mission in all actions and communications. This is a full time, benefit eligible position typically working Monday - Friday 8am-5pm onsite at our Cherry Street Health Center. Occasional Saturday mornings may be required.
