About The Position

PAM Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position during the day shift at our Surprise Rehabilitation facility. Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a rehabilitation or acute care setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in rehabilitation nursing or similar specialty.
• Advanced certifications in nursing (e.g., CCRN, CRRN).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
