About The Position

Inova Loudoun Hospital is looking for a full time RN for the Endoscopy Unit to work M-F 4x10 hr shifts (7a-5.30p) with on call night, weekend and holiday requirements.
The Perioperative Services Team at Inova Loudoun Hospital support 8 Operating Rooms, 1 Procedure Room and 2 Endoscopy Suites. Our facility features 16 private Pre-Op rooms and 14 PACU bays where our patients are prepared for surgery and recover post operatively. We are a growing community hospital offering surgical services in: Trauma, General, Breast, Colon-Rectal, Gynecology, Urology, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Neurosurgery, ENT, Vascular, Thoracic, Maxillofacial and Plastic.

Endoscopy Nurse Qualifications:
Minimum: One year of direct Operating Room (OR), Endoscopy or PACU experience as a Registered Nurse. If PACU Nurse, one year of critical care (ICU or ED) or PACU RN experience is required.
RN license to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
BLS healthcare provider certifications from the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
Education: BSN from an accredited school of nursing. If RN has an Associate’s Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.
Endoscopy Nurse Preferred Qualifications:
RN with at least 2 years of GI/Endoscopy experience or critical care (ICU/ED)

Requirements
