Endo RN provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. Reports to: Director of Endoscopy Department Reports to: FLSA: Non-exempt Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing Required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred License: Current RN to practice in the state of (VA); New Graduates may work under a VA provisional license for up to 6 months with the expectation that an RN license will be obtained within the first 6 months of employment. If an RN license is not earned within 6 months of employment, the provisional licensee must immediately cease practicing in a licensed nursing position. Certifications: BCLS; ACLS & PALS required within 6 months of hire Required Skills Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
