About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a background in Endoscopy to join a dynamic healthcare team in Plano, TX. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures, ensuring safety, comfort, and high-quality clinical support throughout the pre-procedure, intra-procedure, and recovery phases.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience in an Endoscopy setting.
• Strong clinical knowledge of endoscopic procedures and sedation protocols.
• Excellent patient care, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – State of Texas.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for endoscopic procedures, including assessment and documentation.
• Administer and monitor moderate sedation as required.
• Assist physicians during endoscopic procedures.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and condition throughout the procedure.
• Provide post-procedure recovery care and patient monitoring.
• Educate patients and families on pre- and post-procedure instructions.
• Maintain and assist with endoscopy equipment setup and sterilization in accordance with facility protocols.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control standards.
