Registered Nurse (RN) Emergency
About The Position
Inova Loudoun Hospital is seeking an experienced ED Nurse to support our team! Eligible nurses can earn sign on & relocation bonuses. This position is full time days, 3-12 hour shifts and has weekend and call rotation. Inova is consistently ranked a national healthcare leader in safety, quality and patient experience. The Inova Virts Miller Family Emergency and Trauma Center is a full-service emergency department for adults at Inova Loudoun Hospital. It is a Joint Commission-certified Advanced Primary Stroke Center and an integral part of the trauma program at Inova Loudoun Hospital – Loudoun County’s only designated trauma center.
Requirements
- Experience: Requires a minimum of one year of Registered Nurse clinical experience in the acute care setting.
- Education: BSN from an accredited school of nursing. If RN has an Associates Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.
- License: Must be RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as an RN.
- Certification: BLS from AHA for Healthcare Provider certification required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to display a caring demeanor toward others. Proficient computer skills required
Nice To Haves
- Prefer (2) plus years ED RN experience.

- Provide knowledgeable and caring clinical practice and care coordination through an understanding of patient, family, nurse, and healthcare delivery team.
- Conduct all patient care in a patient and family-centered manner.
- Use an integrated approach toward patient outcomes
- Utilize standards, guidelines, and pathways for care delivery.
