About The Position
A Registered Professional Nurse who is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing & evaluating the care of patients. Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of therapeutic patient care, patient advocacy, team dynamics, & hospital systems. Serves as a resource support staff. Requires a high degree of initiative & independent judgment I. Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia.
- Graduation from an NLM accredited school of nursing.
- Current BCLS.
- ACLS, & PALS/ENPC mandatory (required with in 1st year of employment if not certified.)
- Is able to function independently w/ minimal supervision.
- Is directly responsible to the Charge Nurse in directing & providing patient care.
Nice To Haves
- One year of recent Registered Nursing experience preferred (within the past five years)
- TNCC preferred.
