About The Position

Registered Nurse Department: Emergency - Our Chelsea Emergency Department has experienced physicians and nurses with advanced training in emergency medicine that provide care 365 days a year in the 24-hour Emergency Department. More than 18,000 patients are treated each year for emergencies ranging from life threatening cardiac arrests and strokes, to major injuries and accidents, to more minor injuries. Facilities include a five bay observation center for observation and testing before returning home, as well as 20 private exam rooms adding a greater degree of privacy for patients. Location: Chelsea, MI Pay: $35.64-49.53 per hour based upon licensed nursing experience + applicable shift premiums (when working afternoons, overnights and weekends) Why Join Us? They consistently integrate concepts of relationship-based care into practice and serves as a clinical and educational resource to others on the unit. Shift Available: 5pm-5am Status Available: Full time, benefit eligible (72 hours per pay period - every two weeks) Every third weekend and holiday rotation required

Requirements

• Requires current Michigan Nursing License
• Graduation from accredited nursing program
• Must have at least one year of experience working in Emergency department
• New hires must have a BSN degree or must agree in writing to obtain their BSN within five years
• Canadian Nurses are encouraged to apply
