(HSC) team, you’ll support those that are in our facilities who are interfacing
and providing care to our patients and community members to positively impact

Join our busy 20-bed ED with an additional 6 patient processing bays and a 6-bed
Crisis Stabilization Unit for Behavioral Health patients. With a
nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4/5, our diverse staff includes RNs, LPNs, CNAs,
Paramedics, Unit Secretaries and Providers whose goal is to create a
collaborative environment to deliver exceptional care. We take pride in our
facility being a Certified Chest Pain and Primary Stroke Center. With an average
daily census of 106 patients, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to
high-quality emergency medical care in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.
• One year of experience preferred

Nice To Haves

• TNCC, NRP, ENPC, CEN preferred

Responsibilities

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
• Performs timely and accurate QI assessments
