About The Position

Good Shepherd Hospital is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Room team. As a vital member of the ER, you will respond to urgent and emergent patient needs in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. This role is ideal for mission-driven caregivers who thrive under pressure and are passionate about providing immediate, life-saving care.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required.
• Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare is preferred.
