SENTARA WILLIAMSBURG REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER WILLIAMSBURG, VIRGINIA EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT NIGHTS REGISTERED NURSE EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT (experienced) 7P - 7A Part Time with BENEFITS Up to $10,000 bonus The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for performing a competent level of nursing care as demonstrated by the critical thinking model known as the nursing process. The standards of practice (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, coordination of care- teaching and health promotion and evaluation) along with the standards of professional performance (ethics, culturally congruent practice, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence- based practice /nursing research, quality, evaluation, resource utilization, and environmental health) encompass the actions and foundation of professional nursing. The RN possesses clinical knowledge and skills to meet standards as required by specific clinical areas. Meets and maintains any requirements defined by specific specialty; All Direct Care RNs are required to have BLS within 90 days of hire. We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$30.38 - $55.38. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Requirements

• MUST HAVE RECENT PREVIOUS ED EXPERIENCE
• Meets and maintains any requirements defined by specific specialty: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHH
• RN Degree: RN Diploma, ADN, BSN or MSN
• RN License valid to work in the State of Virginia
• All Direct Care RNs are required to have BLS within 90 days of hire
