Established in 1984, Banner Casa Grande Medical Center is a full-service, non-profit, hospital committed to providing quality health care to the Casa Grande Valley as well as the surrounding areas in a caring and compassionate environment. This facility offers a 26-bed Emergency Dept with a patient-centered, family-oriented core staff caring for a variety of medical, surgical and cardiac patients. The ED sees approximately 40,000 patients annually and provides medical direction to more than 12 emergency medical service providers in Pinal County. As a Registered Nurse in the ED on this team, you will have the opportunity to use your experience and skills in a patient population that consists of newborn to geriatrics. Our Emergency Dept is focused on fulfilling Banner Health’s mission to make health care easier so our patient’s lives can be better. Opportunity to work 3x12-hour shifts, Days (7:00AM -7:30PM). POSITION SUMMARY This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice utilizing the framework for professional nursing practice and development. This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others who are under their direction. This position utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills necessary to assess data and plan, provide and evaluate care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients.
