Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department – $11,000 Sign-On Bonus! Experienced Canadian Registered Nurses are encouraged to apply! Trinity Health Emergency Department Level 2 Trauma Center Center of Chest Pain Excellence Primary Stroke Care Certified Gold Plus Schedule: Full-Time 12-hour shifts 72 hours per pay period Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM Weekends and holidays to be scheduled in accordance with CBA Position Purpose Great opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) to work in an organization that focuses on treating the whole person—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. What You’ll Do As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will: Deliver holistic, patient-centered care by assessing health data, creating individualized care plans, and evaluating outcomes. Collaborate with patients, families, and an interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based, personalized care. Facilitate all aspects of the patient visit experience, ensuring a meaningful and supportive patient journey.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Michigan RN license.
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Commitment to Trinity Health’s mission, vision, and values.
• 11,000 Sign on Bonus Requirements: 1 year RN licensed experience required
• Familiarity with hospital and department policies and procedures, including accepted methods for requisitioning ancillary services and working with medical staff.
• Maintain current nursing knowledge, BLS certification, and required CEUs for licensure.
• Demonstrate and articulate commitment to the philosophy, values, mission, and vision of Trinity Health Muskegon.
