About The Position

Seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN for a 26-week contract assignment in a high-acuity hospital setting. The ideal candidate must have strong cardiac rhythm interpretation skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced emergency environment. Facility may call off up to 3 shifts per contract .

Requirements

• Active New York RN License (In Hand)
• Minimum 5 years of current ED experience preferred
• BLS – Required
• PALS – Required
• NIH Stroke Certification – Required
• EPIC charting experience
• Omnicell medication system experience
• Telemetry skills required
• Must pass hospital-proctored rhythm interpretation exam: 80% accuracy in rhythm identification 100% accuracy in identifying critical rhythms
• Flu vaccine required by 11/1
• Flu season begins 12/5
• Medical or religious exemptions must be submitted 2 weeks prior to start date for approval

Nice To Haves

• ACLS Certification
