This position administers, supervises, coordinates, and evaluates the nursing process to maintain and improve patient outcomes. Additionally, this role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, established policies, protocols, and procedures. In addition, this position collaborates with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care and utilizes pertinent references as guidelines for clinical practice. Responsibilities for this role include supervising and teaching other personnel, administering medications and treatments, and critically evaluating evidence for application to clinical practice. The value you'll bring to the team: Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients' physical, mental, and emotional health. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and patient needs. Coordinate multidisciplinary care by facilitating collaboration among healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, social workers, and therapists. Monitor patient progress, regularly review, and adjust care plans based on patient responses and outcomes. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure everyone is informed and involved in the care process. Document patient information accurately, including assessments, care plans, interventions, and outcomes in the patient's medical record.
