About The Position

Provides safe efficient age specific nursing care to patients/families using the nursing process in order to assist them to attain, maintain, regain, and sustain optimal health status.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required or Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) Required or Other Accredited Program Diploma in Nursing Required or Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) Required.
• Knowledge of nursing process and practice (Required proficiency).
• Uses a wide variety of technical equipment to meet patient needs and prescribed clinical therapies (ie. stethoscopes, thermometers, sphygmomanometers and electronic monitoring devices) (Required proficiency).
• Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Ohio Upon Hire Required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Upon Hire Required.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Adult and Pediatric Advanced Life Support may be required based on clinical area standards.
