About The Position
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Department (ED) at Community Memorial Health System, you will provide professional nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve coordinating care planning with other healthcare disciplines to ensure comprehensive patient care. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing nursing care plans, and implementing appropriate interventions. The position requires a commitment to maintaining high standards of care and ensuring patient safety and comfort during their stay in the emergency department. You will also be expected to stay updated with the latest medical practices and protocols, particularly in emergency care, to provide the best possible outcomes for patients. In this role, you will work varied shifts, including 12-hour shifts, and will be compensated on a PRN basis, which means you will be called in as needed. The pay range for this position is between $59.00 and $66.00 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications. You will be part of a dedicated team that has earned a five-star rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), reflecting the high quality of care provided at Community Memorial Hospital.
