How you’ll contribute: The Dialysis RN works with Nephrology medical practitioners to provide high-quality care to patients in need of dialysis related therapy. The Dialysis Nurse collaborates closely with medical practitioners, dieticians, social workers, and vascular access departments to meet dialysis patient care needs. Current state licensure as Registered Nurse. Must be able to safely operate dialysis machines. Additional requirements include: CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred. CRRN Preferred Minimum six months’ Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred. Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. North Florida Rehabilitation Hospital provides inpatient rehabilitation services for patients recovering from strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, complex orthopedic injuries and other conditions. Our rehabilitation hospital is accredited by The Joint Commission (TJC) as well as the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) for inpatient rehabilitation. Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.
- Current state licensure as Registered Nurse.
- Must be able to safely operate dialysis machines.
