About The Position

OhioHealth Rehabilitation Hospital, a joint venture with Select Medical & OhioHealth, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for their Inpatient Rehab unit in Columbus, OH. This is a full-time position on the day shift, requiring work every 3rd weekend from 7 AM to 7 PM. The role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a competitive pay range of $37.90 to $51.00 per hour, along with additional shift differentials for nights and weekends. Opportunities are also available at the Dublin, OH location. Requirements

• Valid State RN License is required.
• BLS certification is required at hire.

Nice To Haves

• BSN or enrollment in a BSN program is preferred.
• Clinical experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a Nursing Assistant to manage a case load.
• Help patients achieve goals and milestones on their individual care plans.
• Receive admissions and/or transfers.
• Conduct initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments.
• Document patient information accurately and timely using EPIC.
• Interpret assessment and diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Promote continuous quality improvement.
• Instruct and counsel patients and their families.
