Helmerich Women's Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.

Requirements

• ADN required
• Current OK RN License
• BLS
• 1-3 years experience required

Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting care activities in accordance with HHS standards.
• Delivering efficient, effective, and quality patient care.
• Demonstrating the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the needs of the patient served on each of the medical surgical units including all med-surg units and rehab.
• Planning for the provision of patient care including the development, modification, and implementation of the plan of care in accordance with HHS standards.
• Adhering to and abiding by the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act and other regulatory and accrediting organizations.
