About The Position

A large acute care hospital in Central New York is seeking experienced CCU/Adult ICU Registered Nurses . Candidates will be placed in adult ICU areas based on prior experience. This is a high-acuity environment requiring strong critical care skills and the ability to work with minimal orientation and supervision.

Requirements

• Current New York State RN License/Registration
• BLS Certification (must be current and able to recertify)
• Minimum 1.5 years recent ICU/CCU experience (within the past 2 years)
• Acute care experience in a facility of similar size and acuity
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• No prior license suspension, investigation, or professional liability claims
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Successful completion of pre-employment health clearance
• Must pass drug screening and criminal background check

Nice To Haves

• Level I or Level II Trauma experience strongly preferred
• Experience in hospitals of equal or greater size required
• Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
