About The Position

The Coordinator - Operating Room Clinical Care role collaboratives with department leadership to provide oversight and direction for patient flow and nursing care management and facilitates the daily operations of the assigned department including staffing and scheduling. Develops and implements unit-based orientation and competencies and provides direct patient care as needed.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or equivalent from an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Maine required.
• Current BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
• One year of RN charge/supervisor experience required.
• Two years of experience within clinical area of unit preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, or active enrollment, preferred.
