About The Position

Staffing Care Pro is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to support our clinical training, compliance, and caregiver readiness efforts within a growing home health care organization. This role is ideal for an RN who enjoys a structured, process-driven environment and values a mix of clinical knowledge, education, and regulatory oversight. This position is primarily office-based and focused on caregiver onboarding, clinical testing, and compliance monitoring rather than routine in-home patient visits. The RN in this role plays a critical part in ensuring our caregivers are properly trained, compliant with state requirements, and prepared to deliver safe, high-quality care to the individuals we serve.

Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Indiana
  • Strong understanding of clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in healthcare
  • Excellent communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple compliance processes
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with HR, compliance, and leadership teams
  • Must obtain state-required Core A and Core B instructor certification within the first 90 days (company support provided)

Nice To Haves

  • Background in home health, long-term care, or community-based healthcare
  • Experience administering drug screens or TB testing
  • Prior experience in staff training, education, or onboarding

Responsibilities

  • Administer and document pre-employment and ongoing clinical testing, including drug screenings and TB testing (initial and annual)
  • Conduct and track random drug screenings for active staff in accordance with company and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records for clinical testing, in-services, and compliance documentation
  • Coordinate, schedule, and lead Core A and Core B training in compliance with State of Indiana regulations
  • Ensure all training materials, procedures, and documentation meet state standards and internal policies
  • Provide education, guidance, and clinical support to caregivers and field staff as needed
  • Monitor compliance timelines, follow up with staff proactively, and maintain organized testing and training logs
  • Collaborate closely with HR and leadership to support onboarding, annual recertifications, and audits
  • Assist with quality assurance efforts by reviewing documentation and identifying gaps or risks in compliance
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and confidential environment for all clinical testing and training activities
